The Signia Kit Silk Charge&Go 7 IX is a discreet, rechargeable CIC (Completely-in-Canal) hearing aid from Signia’s Integrated Xperience (IX) platform, designed for users who want a small, ready-to-wear hearing solution with advanced technology and convenient everyday charging. Signia describes Silk Charge&Go IX as a ready-to-wear rechargeable CIC that can be fitted immediately using EarWear 3.0 sleeves, while a custom mold option is also available. Its Binaural OneMic Directionality 2.0 allows the microphones in two hearing aids to work together to create a directional listening pattern that preferentially amplifies speech from the front, supporting hearing in noisy environments.
