The Signia Insio Charge&Go 7IX is a premium rechargeable custom hearing aid from Signia’s Integrated Xperience (IX) platform, designed for users who prefer a discreet, custom-fit in-ear solution with advanced hearing technology. Built as a custom hearing aid, the Insio Charge&Go CIC IX is individually fitted to the wearer and uses a rechargeable lithium-ion power cell, combining personalized fit with the convenience of daily charging. Signia states that the Insio Charge&Go CIC IX can be suitable for mild to severe hearing loss, with documented gain/output options of 50/113, 55/118 and 60/124 dB SPL. The 7IX performance level includes Dynamic Soundscape Processing 3.0, which integrates available acoustic sensors, noise detection and signal-to-noise analysis to optimize hearing aid processing according to the listening environment. It also features Binaural OneMic Directionality 2.0, allowing the microphones of both hearing aids to work together to create a directional listening pattern that preferentially amplifies speech from the front in noisy environments. SpeechStabilizer helps preserve the natural envelope of speech, while Speech and Noise Management uses sound processing designed to reduce listening effort. Additional professional fitting technologies include e2e Wireless 4.0, CROS/BiCROS compatibility, Frequency Compression, Smart Optimizer and Data Logging, Acclimatization Manager, InSituGram, and AutoFit™, providing audiologists with tools for personalized fitting and fine-tuning. The hearing aid can be controlled through the Signia App, including volume and listening-program adjustments, with an optional remote-control accessory also available. Signia specifies approximately four hours for a full charge, up to nine hours of runtime from a 30-minute charge, and up to 35 hours of battery runtime on a full charge.
